Jeffries was at the front door telling me that I was not going to be seen even though I scheduled an appointment. He had the audacity to even argue with me regarding my appt IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER. I’m assuming the manager is used to this kind of behavior from him bc she didn’t seem surprised. Once inside both of the ladies were very kind and apologized for HIS behavior but they did not do anything they should not apologize for him.
