- RHRichard “Les” HintonJan 23, 20241.0This place is garbage. Dont fall for the $300 incentive for signing up for a checking account. The customer service plays dumb and keeps putting you on hold. Tried to setup my online banking and after their system told me 3 times that service was unavailable. It told me my account was temporarily suspended. That i needed to call them. When i called they want to act like they cant unlock or unsuspend your account and they will have to setup your online banking. In this world of fraud and everything i dont want to share anything with anyone. So I cancelled my account after the lady said she would "try" to close it.
