    WORST INSTITUTION EVER. ALLOWED A POA ALTERED FORM TO WITHDRAW CASH OUT MY ACCOUNT, TOOK ME THROUGH LOOPS AND TURNS AND I HAD TO FINALLY THREATEN WITH LEGAL ACTION TO RECEIVE MY FUNDS, THEN THEY PLACE MY ACCOUNT ON RESTRICTION CONSTANTLY BECAUSE I DID A DISPUTE, PLACE A CHECK ON HOLD EXTEND IT FOR 7 DAYS MAKES AVAILABLE THEN WHEN I ATTEMPT TO WITHDRAW ASKS FOR PROOF OF WORK DONE TO OBTAIN ONLY $2500 AFTER AN EXTENDED HOLD , ITS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, INCONSISTENCY WITH IN BRANCH WORKERS AND BACK OFFICE, IN BRANCH WORKERS ARE UNAWARE OF ALOT

    I've tried to call customer service and the loan department multiple times and I am left on hold for ridiculous long periods of time. I am currently on hold again for 11 minutes and counting. I guess I need to just drive to the local branch to ask my questions. Service was amazing at HCCU, but is terrible now that Georgia's Own has taken over.

    Because i am not an account holder they would not help me in any way. I use their ATM often, because its free for my card. So long story short; I did not get my$760 withdrawal. They would not give me the ATM number,nor did they offer to call it while at the location! I did get a supervisor’s number. Unfortunately, as of now no help with Kim either! I got to say if I could rate this place zero stars.. I would! I see why so bad reviews! And those are probably from members! Stay away! Use another bank!! Joseph.

    Best banking institution I have ever dealt with, from the day I walked in there in 2000 meeting LeAnn and Darlene. So personable and helpful. I was sad when the new manager came But Mr. Chavas Boyd has been wonderful, so helpful with whatever I present to him. I had to takeaway a Star because recently the phone system is changed and very very difficult, no longer can you dial extensions, so the wait time always more then 30 min.
