I came In to see if I could open an account and the lady responded see, I said yes I don’t know the requirements came back 5 mins later we are booked for today kinda of feel like I was kinda of overlooked it’s okay I’ll go somewhere else

I only gave them a three star because- I felt like I and others had to announce to the whole back . What we was withdrawing. I don’t live in the area/ I work in the area- And on my side of town- if I am right- I could be wrong- I enter on the key pad my withdrawal amount- I don’t want people to hear how much I am withdrawing- The good thing about it -nice bank music - clean- smell good- very pleasant employees- very professional employees-security on duty- bright lights in the early morning. And more importantly, just being in the African-American community- I have been wanting to for years to have a bank in this area- “Thank you”

Horrible service, I am a business depositor with Wells Fargo, came here to deposit a few checks while I’m on travel. The ATM was not working properly it was maybe 5 mins after 5pm and the bankers inside refused to help me or even apologize for the machine being down. All they could do is point to the door and show me that the branch closed at 5 and they would not help. Very poor customer service. I really hate banking with Wells Fargo. The branch teller was Tammy and Amber Thomas. Very rude and disrespectful as they wouldn’t so much as even assist with a helpful suggestion of who to call to address the issue. I will be calling the regional manager and writing a complaint.

They just left a customer hold everybody in the Drive-Thru line for almost an hour for issues that they should have made them come inside for and because you cannot get out of the line (no room) we just all had to sit there and be stuck so I'm late for work and I'm sure many others are late getting back to work too. I actually went inside and begged someone to do something and nothing was done! Customers were actually yelling out of their cars! 3pm on a Thursday!
