Why do we have to travel outside of our communities to receive acceptable service.... 2nd visit to the Camp Creek location, where there have been subpar service. Poor customer service, making up their own policies because we are dealing with predominantly African American community. I will drive an extra 30 minutes to avoid this location!!

The ATM machines are a joke, I have NOT been able to make cash/check deposits more often than I have. With this being a location less than 5 miles from the airport one would think the overall quality would be far greater, at this point I will make a concerted effort to avoid this branch at all costs.
