Went in to try to make a withdrawal from my savings account and even with two forms of ID plus my bank ozk card the branch manager refused my funds on the basis of I didn't have power of attorney. Power of attorney doesn't affect me withdrawing funds from an account that I own. Highly under qualified managerial staff.

I had a tremendous time speaking with him as well as listening to his advice about how the bank works. Out of three different managers, including an area supervisor, he is hands-up the best, which I give 5 stars for his superb customer service people skills that you can't teach these days.
