- NNNjNov 17, 20251.0If you need to deposit a lot of bills that require them to use money counter goe somewhere else. They don't want to do it. They're rude / unprofessional and blame it on having one cashier.
- BWBrittani WilliamsJun 4, 20251.0Manager had no knowledge and need training: Told me I couldn’t do a cash deposit because the check had another bank name in it and to that bank although I have had an account with Wellsfargo for many years. Once agreed for deposit only, he said it will cash a small portion. I never got the cash and it was deposited into the wrong account. I was totally upset. And went back to get my check to take to another Wellsfargo branch that had no problem cashing and depositing.
