I went into the Dunwoody branch and I was impressed by the manager, Denise. She very professional, pleasant, and proficient in helping me with my financial needs.

I had a checking account and money market account almost a year. This is the worse experience I have ever. They put my account on hold so I went into the location and requested to have both of my accounts canceled they said no problem. I said all documents to cancel and they sent me a letter it was canceled and I was given a copy. I didn’t hear anything from Truist. Well this week I got a call about my account they stated it was in collections. Um I canceled my accounts my balance was 0 when I closed it. Now they are harrasing me for no reason. This is a horrible untrustworthy bank. Do not bank with them they will say everything is good then call you a liar. Pathetic to take people’s money.

Terrible location. First, the ATM machine ate my money and I didn't see it in the account. A few days later, I came to make an appointment with a notary, simply to certify signatures (after the divorce, I needed to remove my husband's name from the mortgage, and one of the documents had to be signed by both of us in the presence of a notary. They refused me, citing the fact that the notary would only help me if the mortgage was from this bank (what difference does it make where the mortgage is from (?)). I clarified that I have been a long-term client of this bank and we just need to certify signatures, I was refused a second time... This is the first time I encountered such a service

Horrible customer service at this branch. So bad, that I am closing multiple personal and business accounts after a 25 year client relationship.

Opened my bank account not even 3 weeks ago - he had my ID to make my account and still spelt my name wrong so everything was wrong and had to go above his head to beg to get it fixed. Branch never answers the phone - he only called back bc a supervisor through their support line was trying to get in contact on my behalf. Was also supposed to get my debit card and had to keep calling bc I haven’t yet. One day they said to give it more time, legit next day representative said it’s lost in mail and charged me $30 to get sent a new one since I didn’t want to wait another 2 weeks for something that wasn’t my fault. Nothing but a nightmare!
