From the very beginning, Kayla demonstrated outstanding attention to detail and professionalism. When I made an error during the online application process, Kayla immediately stepped in and used her problem-solving skills to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. She handled everything with confidence and clarity, ensuring there was no delay or confusion. What truly stood out was her kindness and attentiveness throughout the entire experience. Kayla went out of her way to make sure my mother, who primarily speaks Spanish, was fully informed and comfortable by speaking to her in Spanish during the process. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure both of us felt supported and understood. Kayla is not only a hard worker, but also a shining example of excellent customer service. I’m extremely grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance at Wells Fargo.
