No issue but he said it was basically ilegal to do that . I don’t know if he didn’t want to help me to be honest … I was very polite to him about my question

Despite being a longtime customer, I was told they “couldn’t do it” and was given no alternative or clear reason why. It wasn’t a matter of not being eligible — it felt like the banker simply didn’t want to be bothered. No effort to assist, no professionalism, and definitely no courtesy. If a service is offered, especially one as basic as notarizing a document, I expect staff to at least try to be helpful or point me in the right direction. This experience left me questioning whether customer service matters at all to this location. I’ll be rethinking where I bank moving forward. The banker I had this bad experience was Mr.kim
