Worst location and bad customer service. They have a big building with ONE employee who does wire transfers. Horrible experience they make me wait for an hour without service.

Poor customer service. They have a big building but just 2 cashiers, they see you standing in line waiting and seems they don’t care that you are there. ATM always is down.
I had my account when this bank was Suntrust and they had great service and now as Truist is worst.

The worst Truist Bank branch. They are very rude and don’t care about customer service.
