- PPPurrfect PawsMay 10, 20221.0This branch had horrible reviews and I see why! David banker was rude and treated me like a criminal. Not friendly at all. The branch manager Mukti Patel was there and didn’t say anything about how rude David, nor did she try to save my business. She sets a horrible example as a manager. I wanted to close my account. David agreed to close my account with a cashiers check. No, thank you! I withdrew my money. Horrible customer service.

Going as far as to THROW items down to customers for use, such as pens and deposit slips; not to mention your money is THROWN on the counters as well. Not too knowledgeable about banking offers and account requirements. They do offer refreshments which is the least you can be offered having to endure rude behavior and fairly long wait times as the employees are on their time. 1 star for behavior, with other things taken into consideration 3 overall.
