- JTJanet templesJul 6, 20252.0I love the office staff but the wells Fargo CSR in the main corporate needs to teach the team not to call their clients on a Sunday this is the lords day & our rest day, actually it the law not to call on a Sunday or Monday - Friday not to call after 9pm and I have the calls wells they are calling me after hours of that time, I will be looking for a new bank because this bank is way out of line & I will be contacting someone about this. I am a total upset client, wells fargo should be ashamed of themselves

- TTTierraNov 13, 20201.0I've been a customer of Wells Fargo since 2007 and I don't like the customer service at this location either. The tellers act as if they do not want to be bothered. They are very rude. Also the heavy black girl who works in customer service/loans rudely said, "To the podium." She said this because I was not wearing a mask. That's no way to speak to a customer because when I tell her off she is gonna know exactly what she is doing wrong....pink lipstick colored outside the lines and all.
