Yes, true to the word!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would! We received the worst reception ever from TORI! We were told from the jumpstart before we even sat down, “It’s going to be 45 minutes and you need 2 forms of ID.” Then she told the lady immediately behind us that’s it’s going to be TWO HOURS! Seems rude, uncaring, and push-back. NEGATIVE ENERGY, no doubt.

ADDED TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: Wells Fargo responded to this review saying that they were sorry about my experience and if I would send my contact information to them, then they would contact me for resolution.
I sent this information as requested including my phone number and email and they never responded or reached back out as they advised. This was more than a month ago and I am positive that they will Never respond. There response was ONLY FOR PUBLIC SHOW.
MORE UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This Wells Fargo branch is the most unprofessional bank that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I called ahead of time to inquire if I needed an appointment to open an account with them. The employee that I spoke with stated that they had availability and I scheduled an appointment with a specific banker for 1 pm.
Upon arrival 10 minutes early at 12:50 p.m the branch manager stated that the banker who was going to be assisting me, Lucia was "finishing up" with another customer and would be with me shortly.
He called me into his office to verify the account that I was attempting to open and discuss the terms of what I would need to do to qualify for the promotion that I was attempting to obtain by opening the account ($400.00 after 90 days).
While in the office with the branch manager, Seth, he came off as very insulting by REPEATEDLY stating the financial conditions of the promotion as if I could not meet them and asking me if I would be able to meet them in an attempt to persuade me to not open the account although the conditions were not very difficult to meet. He also attempted to change the promotional rules in the conversation to make them more strict as if he was trying to talk me out of opening an account.
One of the terms was within 90 days of account opening, receive a total of $4,000 in direct deposited Automated Clearing House transactions. He attempted to convince me that I had to have $4,000 in ACH transactions Every Month instead of within the 90 day Specified period which I had printed out right in front of him, as if I could not complete that term and I would decide to not open the account and leave.
After about 3 separate times of running around the terms of the promotion with him I assured him that I had read the fine print ahead of time and even if I had to direct deposit $4,000 per month instead of within the 90 days as specified in the fine print that would be no problem.
At that point I felt like he gave up on trying to run me out of the branch. He told me to have a seat in the lobby and wait for the banker that I had the appointment with to setup my account.
After that insulting process I sat in the lobby patiently waiting until 1:45 pm at which time I decided to leave. This was after Lucia passed by me 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and did not acknowledge me or provide an updated time that she would be available to complete my appointment. It was clear that the customer she was dealing with must have arrived right before my scheduled appointment when the branch manager told me that she was "finishing up" with them.
What is the point of scheduling an appointment if the bank does not attempt to honor the appointment times.?
After speaking with the branch manager, I was sure that he and Lucia would be happy that I was leaving. They both seemed to be doing everything possible to prolong my wait and talk me into not opening the account.
In conclusion, I bank with 4 different banks for my business and personal needs and this Wells Fargo branch is sub-par to all of them in customer service and professionalism. This was without a doubt the worst experience that I have ever had with a bank and I will never visit this location again. The employees that I had the displeasure of crossing paths with were Completely Unprofessional and Have No Business working with the general public.
On top of that the branch manager had no clue about the terms of the promotions that they offer.
I would not recommend this bank to friends or family and overall a Terrible Experience!

Not one person greeted us, asked us what we were here for. There isn't a place to sign up to get on the list to speak with a personal banker. Not one person apologized for the wait.
When a personal banker finally became available (back from lunch maybe) he asked us what we needed help wait. Didn't asked if we were waiting for long, didn't apologize for it either or at least thanked us for our patience. He did do what we needed rather quickly. Something that took 2 minutes to get help with had a wait time of over 30 minutes without being acknowledged by any employee at the bank. 🤔🤔🤔
