Joyce and her manager Andrea always give me a hard time to give me my own money even though they know who I am AND greet me by last name as soon as I walk through the door. They both ride on a high horse and always have me jump through hoops, asking for two forms of identification and asking me MULTIPLE questions to verify my bank account just to do a withdrawal. I called two other Suntrust locations to see if this is a common practice and I was informed and reassured by BOTH locations that this is not a practice Suntrust has in place for established customers and apologized profusely for the behavior of Joyce and Andrea. 16 years as a Suntrust account holder, I expect better than this.
