Today, I have been waiting 85 minutes to speak to someone regarding our safe deposit box and adding an authorized user to an account. I have the forms filled out and signed because I was here last week and spent 45 minutes waiting to speak to a bank rep & getting forms. Anyway, this is ridiculous. There are many other financial institutions and I'm considering transferring elsewhere.

She informed me that everything looked good and that I would need to come in and open an account to complete the transaction. I came in today and I didn't stand a chance simply because I am from Alabama. The bank didn't get the chance to see my information nor my credit score. The bank didn't tell me no the employee's did.

It was vile It smelt like sewage. It was so bad and the sweet lady helping me her station was right by where the odor was coming from. You could tell it was coming from the bathroom. This problem needs to be fixed immediately. You can’t expect your customers to come in stand in line or even stand and talk to their tellers with this terrific odor, it was awful. You can tell it’s some kind of sewage or septic problem Please fix
