    They were great! I had a question and they were super helpful. Matthew addressed all my concerns and felt like he truly cared about helping. I got in quick and did not feel like just a number or that they only cared about getting quick business which is missing in other banks. One of the best banking experiences in awhile. Very impressed and appreciative!

    I have been with this bank, though 3 name changes. I do not use the branch on hospital dr due to them being slower than cold Malaysia. Today, 1/2/25 only had one teller in the building, and the manager could not be bothered to get on a lane to get people out of the building. Hopefully, this is not the new normal at this branch. I've been on site for 30 minutes. Normally it at most 5 for me to walk in even if they have one to two people ahead of me.

    All I can say is wow it has been a while since I have been to a Bank that stayed open past close just for customer service but Andrew was a rockstar of help just wha t we needed.

    My family and I stopped under the cover because it was raining so I can get some water from the trunk but we were in the way of the ATM so we relocated to an empty lane. Before I could get out a lady rudely got out from her car with her phone in her hand and left her door open to tell us she needed to open the bank and it was a “security risk” for us to be parked there. Before we could explain she went back to her car and pulled to the front of the bank. Would it be a security risk if we weren’t black?
