    They have a very high turnover rate, the branch manager is totally indifferent towards customers. He has a very poor attitude, such as that's something you can do nothing about,when you do not agree & ask for a explanation . Poor poor attitude

    I’m about to go to a different bank! I have to wait 1-2 hours everytime I make a deposit because they are just so slow and then I finally get my check for my income tax money and they put a hold on it as soon as I deposit it! I needed that money instantly considering I have bills that are behind due to covid. This is ridiculous!

    WORSE CUTOMER EXPERIENCE TODAY. I needed change the teller told me I gave her less money than I did I recounted the money tried to get change and still didnt manage too after s 30 minute wait and being trested rudely by the staff. Unacceptable when my boss banks with them
