  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE After showing up to add an authorized user to my account, a banker finally noticed me and asked what I was there for. The first branch I went to was closed on Saturdays so I tried another. Despite only one other person in the lobby who was waiting on his wife to make a deposit, she informed me I had to make an appointment which would be two days later. When I asked to see the manager, she refused to come out of her office. This was my first experience with Wells Fargo's customer service and it will be my last as I'll find a different bank to do business with in the future. Note to ICE: If you show up on a Saturday morning with a butterfly net, the haul will be impressive.

  Worst customer service, long waits, condescending attitudes. Took an hour to get nothing done! If you value your time, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE! YOU COULD PANHANDLE ON THE CORNER AND END UP GETTING YOUR MONEY FASTER THAN FROM YOUR BANK HERE. YOU COULD SELL YOUR KIDNEY WITH SURGERY AND GET YOUR MONEY FASTER THAN FROM YOUR BANK HERE. YOU COULD COLLECT 10000 PENNIES FROM THE STREET AND END UP GETTING YOUR $100 WITHDRAWAL FASTER THAN USING THIS BANK. RUN LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, RUN!!!!!!!!!

  Estuve en este banco la verdad note que hay mucha desorganización por parte de su gerente note que le grita a sus empleados como a los clientes ya que estuve en la fila esperando ser atendido por un cajero para realizar un depósito vino la gerente y me retiro de la fila y me envió al cajero a realizar algo que yo quería hacer y no me sentia cómoda pero fui obligada a realizar ahí por parte de la gerenta .así que mi visita no fue la mejor calidad y debería el banco ver qué están haciendo un mal servicio por parte de la gerente de la sucursal

  The representatives are rude, they say the next appointment available is in a month, and don’t even look at you, just keep talking while doing their stuff which is rude and unprofessional. But the guy in the picture was really nice and polite. Definitely a great service from him. Thank you!
