    I was in a jam and needed help. Chelsea was amazing and delivered with flying colors. From answering the phone at 9am to greatly assisting me when I arrived, I am grateful and remain a loyal Truist customer for many years!

    On October 2, 2025, my experience at Truist Bank revealed several concerning issues that warrant further analysis. The environment was characterized by a nightmare atmosphere, primarily marked by the absence of name tags for both bank tellers and management. This lack of identification raises questions about accountability and transparency within the institution. During my visit, I observed one teller seemingly engaged in suspicious activities that could be interpreted as cyber crimes. At the same time, a manager looked on, whispering about existing problems with their computer systems and printer. This interaction—or lack thereof—signals potential negligence in addressing security vulnerabilities, which could have broader implications for the bank and its clients. Moreover, both tellers denied my requests to cash two savings bonds and refused to service a couple of innocent patrons. Such behavior not only reflects poor customer service but may also indicate a deeper issue regarding the training and empowerment of staff to handle diverse banking transactions. This experience serves as a reminder for families and individuals to remain vigilant about the practices within financial institutions. It is essential to report any suspicious activities to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as this can contribute to addressing potential cybercrimes and safeguarding community trust in these vital services.

    I come to this bank every week for deposits and such. Gemma is always kind, informative, and helpful. Even though she is one of the few tellers on staff, even when it’s busy, I’ve noticed she always offers the best service she can. Truly someone who is personable, genuinely cares, and has made banking at Truist a wonderful experience.
