    One of the longest transactions in history to withdraw money. Ms. Olivene HAD to be right about having difficulty finding my account when I havent had these issues at the other locations at Truist bank. She needed my social, account number, ID, withdrawal ticket, clicking mad buttons I have no clue what she is doing. This makes no sense and also absolutely that I cannot get a replacement card because the account is LESS THAN 90 DAYS. over it. Ill be switching banks after this encounter.

    I was in a jam and needed help. Chelsea was amazing and delivered with flying colors. From answering the phone at 9am to greatly assisting me when I arrived, I am grateful and remain a loyal Truist customer for many years!

    SunTrust wasn't too bad with customer service, however, apparently BB&T had some holdovers.. This branch is very disappointing. Do yourself a favor and just stick with online banking because they are really scraping the bottom of the barrel here. P.S. I gave 2 stars and not 1 because at least there weren't any foul smells in the lobby 🙃
