- MSMA SJul 26, 20241.0Stopped by this Truist location for what I had hoped would be a quick and easy task. There were very few people in the lobby which I thought was a good sign. Surprisingly none of the tellers were able to help me and they said that only the manager could do so. He was helping another customer though I was next in line. 30+ minutes later and... no change. The manager even seemed to take breaks from helping the other customer, chit chatting with staff and walking around, then returning to his office. Very strange behavior. He lacked any urgency and seemed indifferent to helping. I suggest trying a different branch as the manager of this one doesn't seem interesting in customer service.

Our representative, Dreshon, saw us waiting outside and invited us in, took time to explain our options and ask about our business, gave us validating, encouraging, and helpful feedback, stayed late to finish opening our account, and was overall pleasant and cordial to work with.
