- BBB BealNov 29, 20251.0There is no ATM at the Decatur location or in close proximity so there are fees to get funds. The withdrawal limit daily is too low daily for a business account. Its all too much.

Unfortunately, my experience with Lisa left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. From the moment the call began, Lisa’s tone was noticeably dismissive. She spoke over me multiple times and seemed more focused on rushing the call than listening to my questions or offering help. As a paying customer and long-time member of the bank, I expected a level of courtesy and professionalism — especially when reaching out for support regarding additional services. Instead, I felt like a burden rather than a valued client. Her attitude came across as rude and unbothered, and the interaction ended with no resolution or clarity. I wasn’t looking for anything more than a little patience and guidance, and it’s unfortunate that I was met with such poor customer service. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but because I genuinely hope First Citizens takes this as constructive feedback. How we’re treated as members matters. Every interaction counts, especially when it comes to banking and financial trust.
