- CKCory KJul 22, 20251.0Lisa, the personal banker, terrible customer service I’m a current member of First Citizens Bank and recently called in to inquire about a credit card. Unfortunately, my experience with Lisa left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. From the moment the call began, Lisa’s tone was noticeably dismissive. She spoke over me multiple times and seemed more focused on rushing the call than listening to my questions or offering help. As a paying customer and long-time member of the bank, I expected a level of courtesy and professionalism — especially when reaching out for support regarding additional services. Instead, I felt like a burden rather than a valued client. Her attitude came across as rude and unbothered, and the interaction ended with no resolution or clarity. I wasn’t looking for anything more than a little patience and guidance, and it’s unfortunate that I was met with such poor customer service. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but because I genuinely hope First Citizens takes this as constructive feedback. How we’re treated as members matters. Every interaction counts, especially when it comes to banking and financial trust.

I’ve been to 10+ across 3 states from 10 years of banking with them. Don’t let this branch deter you. I implore you to go to a different branch before deciding if you want to bank with them. Just steer clear of this one!
