I had an appointment with one of the personnel to go over some account information, but upon arrival my husband and I were treated with such disrespect, hostility and indifference. I reported incident to corporate office in Missouri but never got any satisfactory resolution. These people should have been fired. But it appears Edward Jones tolerates the behavior of their employees mistreatment of clients and potential clients. Who knows.
