- MSmimi silvDec 30, 20221.0Worst experience ever . I came into this location to open a bank account and get a cashiers check. The teller Roslynn that assisted me was extremely rude and prying. She insisted on telling me whether I should or should not open an account. She was asking me questions that had nothing to do with a bank account. Before my transaction was complete she took a lunch break in the middle of helping me and the 2nd teller was there to assist me with the cashiers check. Unfortunately the 2nd teller did not know how to process it and it took LITERALLY OVER AN HOUR PLUS. The main concern I have is the 2nd teller kept asking the bank owner for assistance and the bank owner did not know how to help her at all. She kept telling the teller she never did it before and to call someone. I literally had to leave the location and come back in the middle of them processing it!! I do not recommend this location at all!! Very rude and unprofessional!!
