The staff is consistently negligent and unreliable. Reaching anyone by phone is impossible, calls are never returned or even answered.

Last week they lost a $5000 check that I deposited and now I have to wait 10 Days for them to figure out where the check went. If you don’t care about your money or how fast you’re able to use it, then sign up for this awful bank.
