My wife and I set up a joint account here. Have had nothing short of the best experience and customer service from Christi & Braden.

I went in to correct a mistake I made and Christi was friendly and helped me figure out what happened. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected. This bank, or at least this teller, provides personalized customer service like the old days. Top notch!

This is the worst bank branch I have ever seen. Long story short, they charged my business account for someone else's check for $1100. Clearly it was a completely different business. Went to get it corrected and spent over an hour the first day trying to get them to put the money back in my account. They filled out a dispute form and said it should be corrected the next day. Next morning, I get an email saying they received my dispute and would investigate and they may need more info from me in the future. Needless to say, I was pissed. Went back the next morning and still could not get the damn manager to come out of his closed office. Waited over an hour for him to supposedly get off the phone. He finally came out after I yelled thru the door that I was not leaving. He refused ti do anything about it saying it would take time. This branch had no clue how to treat a customer that has been with them for over 26 years. They should fire this manager immediately as the whole bank is in dire need of training.

Used to be the highlight of my day as I frequent several times a week. Recently, with new management, you can tell customer service is not the priority. No one here understands urgency. Will be taking my business account elsewhere.

Always puts holds on my checks with no explanations. How much money do they make using our money for weeks to loan out or play around with while we miss payments and struggle? It's my money and I need it now. Switching back to Chase.
