    I’ve used this bank since I was able to open my own bank account. There is a problem after problem, always. I called the bank yesterday on 09/02 for two charges and spoke with Hillary and she had the nastiest attitude. Her costumer service was insanely bad. Not only that, but she did not seem to want to fix the issue. I will be moving banks as soon as I can.

    My ATM card stopped working. Went in and spoke to this absolutely disgusting man and was told that I did not have enough money in the account so they blocked it. Refused to activate it due to under a certain amount of money limit to have an ATM card. I immediately closed the account. Absolutely disgusting. He told me that it must suck not having any money. Can you believe this can you absolutely believe this? It’s true. What a horrible, horrible memory this man has created in my mind. I hope his life is absolutely miserable and a failure in the future with anything that he does after creating this much unhappiness.. This branch could care less about you unless you have big bucks to throw into their bank.

    My experiences have always been awesome with Bank OZK. Recently I had a really awesome experience with Hiliary, she was extremely helpful and sweet! There's awesome work that goes on in this bank!
