There is no signage of where to go so I stood in line to check in with the teller just for her to take down my name and tell me to sit. I’ve been here for 40min and finally another banker comes in and just says “I can help whoever is next” so people who were here after me ran to her?! What was the point of taking my name if it’s just fair game to all? So unprofessional. I will be changing banks. This is such a waste of time.
