    I walked into the bank to deliver a DoorDash order for a lady who worked there the gentleman that was behind the counter. His name was Tyler. It was very rude. He needs to learn better customer service.

    Juanita is a GOD SEND!! I recently found out that a car wash subscription that I had cancelled in March of 2024 has continued to charge my account over the last 15 months! I took my printed proof of cancelation and Juanita was able to contact the Truist Fraud department and get my money back! They worked so well together and did everything they could for me and I could not be more thankful! Thank you Juanita for all of your help!! đź’–

    This is one of the slowest banks. I'm usually sitting in the drive through with my truck turned off and dog waiting for nearly 20 minutes. The tellers seem clueless to my needs when I'm asked how can I care for you. I have it all written out clearly already. The only things this bank might have going for it is that it's open on Saturdays, one can go through the drive through, and it doesn't have the annoying machines that have to be used in other banks and credit unions.

    I lost my wallet. I ordered a replacement card on Dec. 21, 2022. Today is 02/10/2023. I still have no card and no way to access my account. I have left 3 messages for Kevin Graham at the bank. I have no yet received a call back. Very poor customer service.
