Went out of my way to go deposit money only to have to sit there for more than 20 minutes for the person in front of me to be helped by the teller and blocked the atm. I drove around the building looking for another atm- but apparently they don’t have one. I didn’t have time to walk inside. I won’t be back to this particular branch again.

It’s been 7 years with THIS specific bank.. they LOST all of their GREAT & OUTSTANDING employees.. they replaced them with employees that do not put the customer first, they care about new clientele and taking any penny that they can from you!!! I would never ever recommend opening ANY accounts with this bank!!

They have already called the person who gave me the check to make sure that it is legit. Now, we are having to wait for a managers approval due to the size of the check. She is in an interview, so, obviously, she is too busy to help me... I would never bank with these clowns.
- DDDanielMar 15, 20183.0I have been banking with them for several years and first let me say crystal is great, always a smile and excellent speedy service, she is very professional and stays on top of things. However overall this location has significantly declined in service, I often wait 5-10 minutes before I even see someone come to the register or drive through and the staff is not as welcoming or as friendly as they once were, I am really hoping they can get back on track because this has been my favorite hometown bank for years.
