You can not call the bank number on the bank statement as there is no phone numbers listed for your bank on your account. You have go online and type banks name and city to get the number, when you do get the number, you on hold and have to listen to loud music, no one will answer the phone, I have been on hold for 15 minutes now and still haven't gotten anyone to answer the phone. This bank sucks.
