    I love this bank been coming here over 14 years always had great interactions. It's Saturday right now and they even opened up early for me. Thanks truist

    Waited over 3 hours in this branch for a wire to go through on Friday. Me and my client wasted our entire day there. Then today, Monday, I was informed that it was never processed. I was scammed by the associate named Jin Park. My client even told me that the bank called (I’m assuming the associate) and informed them to don’t go through with the transaction and that it was cheaper to buy online. That’s infuriating to find out a bank is interfering with a transaction. The goods were already given to my client as we thought the wire was completed. I had to drive over 2 hours just to get to this bank and retrieve my goods back. Why would Truist inform their client to not go through with the transaction and keep the goods? The associate was also rude and spoke in Korean the entire time, so I was not sure what they were planning. Terrible experience for me and my client. Please stay away from this bank and especially that associate that scammed me. Their name is Jin Park.

    I see why this branch gets such poor ratings. I went in last week just to see if they cashed AMX Travelers Cheques. Bank teller wasn’t sure and asked another teammate if the bank cashes travelers cheques. Teammate responded they never have before. I expressed that just because you haven’t before doesn’t mean you can’t. First teller said, let her check it out. She then asked if I had a deposit account. I indicated I did not have a deposit account but I did have a mortgage loan. She then replied, they couldn’t do anything without a deposit account. The whole experienced left me feeling this bank is not concerned with my needs and merely looking for an excuse to just shoots me out the door. I begin to think maybe I was being profiled because of the way I was dressed, or the color of my skin. As a retired bank regulator, I was in and out of banks my whole career and realize the value of good customer service for a diverse clientele, especially for those that have a banking relationship. If only I could easily move my mortgage, I’d severe all relationship with Truist. Either way, I don’t expect to visit this branch location again.

    They closed my account and they refused to mail me my debit card 🤷‍♂️ i was furious… i call them about it and they put me on hold. Terrible customer service
