Then today, Monday, I was informed that it was never processed. I was scammed by the associate named Jin Park. My client even told me that the bank called (I’m assuming the associate) and informed them to don’t go through with the transaction and that it was cheaper to buy online. That’s infuriating to find out a bank is interfering with a transaction. The goods were already given to my client as we thought the wire was completed. I had to drive over 2 hours just to get to this bank and retrieve my goods back. Why would Truist inform their client to not go through with the transaction and keep the goods? The associate was also rude and spoke in Korean the entire time, so I was not sure what they were planning. Terrible experience for me and my client. Please stay away from this bank and especially that associate that scammed me. Their name is Jin Park.
