    I am a nonprofit and my business account unfortunately was in a negative status due to us not getting a grant. The negative was less than two-hundred dollars until the bank kept adding NSF fees, even after making arrangements until we could get our grant in. I went to the local office in Dacula to get a resolve and bring the account to a positive. I spoke to Stacy Rhine and she called the upper branch office to ask if they could remove the NSF fees and refund back the $72 in my bank account so I could bring it to a positive, the representative agreed and this was October 10th, 2025, here we are December 1st and nothing has resolved yet!! They keep saying it will be mailed out but that's only to keep their lie going. I spoke with an attorney and because I have documented evidence, I was told I can legally sue them....just might!! I recommend region's bank or Wells Fargo, go somewhere that can offer you help especially if you're a business!

    Amy shouldn’t be working anywhere near customers. Awful customer service. Awful attitude. If you hate your job find a new one instead of taking your hatred for life out on innocent patrons. Disgusting behavior for a grown woman!

    When I opened my account my last name was spelled wrong but since I deposited my whole check they accepted it, a fraud charge happened my whole check, investigation is 10 days, been way past that took me a week to get someone in fraud department, I requested to be called back instead of holding i got a call back next day and day before that I was on hold 2 hours. Went to cash another check but because I wouldn't deposit my check again they wouldn't cash it, they suppose to provision a payment back in your account when fraud happens, it hasn't been done... I don't recommend TRUIST at all and to top it off they don't know where my money went charge off for 2019 WARNING DONT BANK HERE TRUIST PERIOD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
