Looks like they were chatting, totally ignoring even though I was the only customer there. One female staff from teller desk came and asked my ID so I can be in the waiting list. After 20 min. I asked the lady if it was a meeting with a customer. It was not. They don't have any reason to let a customer wait. Drove down a John's creek branch. It was a working office. Greeted immediately by a gentleman and got it done less than 2 min. What a difference! I don't understand why they are there in the office if they don't want to interact and help customers first. I will not use this branch from now on and drive down. This branch should be stay closed so people don't waste their time to park and walk in to wait.
