At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
I can usually tell by the banker's mood whether they're going to be amenable and helpful with my needs. More often than not, she's in a pissy mood and unhelpful.

This Truis branch is one of the worst in the Atlanta area. We waited in line at the drive-through, the vehicle in front of us was not being helped. We waited almost ten minutes, still zero movement. Despairing of that, I parked and went into the lobby.
There were three people waiting in line, and they all appeared to have been doing so for some time. There were two employees behind the counter, only one of whom seemed to be actively engaged in anything resembling work. Additionally, there were two other employees who gave off the body language of actively avoiding doing anything productive. Seeing the inside line as another dead end, we left. About ten minutes later, we passed back by this same bank and the SAME vehicle was STILL at the drive through. Amazing.
This is a terrible Truist branch. In the future, if we need to do any banking with this chain, we will remember to pass this one and visit another, even if it is not convenient to do so. That's just how disappointed we are with this Truist location.

Been going to this branch for so many years with nothing but superior customer service coming from Ms Carole Dowden. I vote for her to be on the training module for all Truist and all banks! Well deserved to be a true brand ambassador. Thank you for your service!

There's a middle-aged caucasian female that works here and unfortunately, I got stuck with her a few times. Simple transactions each time, but she was absolutely useless and on top of that, a horrible attitude. It got so bad, I took my business to another bank altogether.
