This is by far the worst Truist Bank in the area… so convenient to GA400, but so under staffed. Literally, and I mean literally, every single time I go the drive-thru , they tell me “I have one in front you”… I’m the only vehicle at the drive-thru - which means they have one person working (in & out). Absolutely, the most understaffed branch I the company - I predict a bank closing in the very near future.

Inside the people are nice but the ATM is always down. For me owning a company is so stressful because The easiest thing like getting money out of an account seems like an impossible task. I waste time and money every day it seems showing up before they are open to use an ATM that is broken way more then it's working. If you enjoy being stressed on a regular basis then this truist is great for you
