- TDTina DeSantisDec 9, 20251.0My significant other died recently. I stopped in to handle his account, and was told by Gezette that I needed an appointment. I had driven 45 minutes to get to the Covington location. It was 10:43 a.m. She stated I had to make an appointment. All I needed was paperwork scanned in according to the letter I received from Wells Fargo. There were 5 associates sitting in cubicles including Gezette. I asked when her next appointment was and she told me 11:30, at least 40 minutes from the time I arrivedI. I asked about the other 4 individuals with no customers and was told they were waiting for their appointments as well. I then asked to speak to the manager. She said they were out of the office. I asked if she could please give me their card and she said they were lock in their office. I find it hard to believe that a business card was not available. She offered me an appointment at 3:00, and I told explained I had to pick up my child from school then (driving 45 minutes each way.). Once I get the accounts resolved, I will not be back to I Wells Fargo again. BTW, I still don’t have an appointment because I have no desire to work with Gezette ever again.

Today I saw that an elderly man got better treatment than I and I'm walking with a cane for arthritic reasons. I will not be back here at all unless I have to.
