This bank is the best. I can’t thank Rachel and Chanell for the incredible kindness, great customer service, and professional assistance…every time I come in. I live out of town and need to stop by from time to time to help my mom and these folks are simply outstanding. Thank you so much!!! Ed

Worst bank ever. Never have the night drop deposit slips ready for pickup the next day. Can’t give a time of when they will have them ready because they say they have to work on them in between customers but I’m a customer and sitting right there so why wasn’t it completed while I was there!

This brand is a joke. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry. Customer service is horrible. No parking.

Worst branch I’ve had the disadvantage of dealing with. As someone making deposits for a corporate account, fast service is important to me. You will NEVER get that at this location, they aren’t friendly - and the manager acts like having to leave her office to support her employees and customers is the biggest ask of the year. If I could change banks based off of this location alone - I would. They will have a line out the door and stand around chit chatting. And the rude lady in the offices to the right - I’d hate for you to actually work. And not just sit at your desk playing on your phone!

2 employees working the front with 15 customers , 1 employee working the driving thru with 10 cars . It’s ridiculous and shows lack of leadership
