- CCCPDJul 8, 20251.0Customer service much less than basic. They've made math mistakes on my accounts in the past, but this one takes the cake. They took a check off my account twice. I called to get them to correct the mistake, but after 3 days no one called back. No one answers the phone when I call the branch, and online call help takes at least 15 minutes on hold before anyone comes to the line. Like I have time for this stupid mistake that costs me money every day.

I have been waiting on a phone call from a supervisor who was there today according to the Taylor, however I never got a returned call. I spoke with the customer care center and was told one thing, however the branch I'm guessing doesn't have to honor what they told me. They have tellers answering questions for personal bankers etc. I have a personal and business account. My account has been hacked 4 times in the last year and I didn't receive one phone call from the fraud department, who is supposed to call you to make sure it was you that made these charges. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere and will never do business with this bank again. If I get a check that is written to me by this bank, I don't know that I will accept it! This bank has turned into absolute trash!
