- MOMandy OhDec 30, 20251.0Worst experience trying to get a loan. Worse communication service. From ladies were amazing and nice overall. Came in expecting to get a loan with good credit and after talking to the teller about loans and seeing if there were cheaper interest rates in which she recommended a 0% rate credit card when my goal was just to get a loan. With her mumbling and talking to us as she was talking to herself, she made the process extremely confusing with applying for a loan and applied for a credit card that I did NOT need and chances of lowering my credit score.
- JBJJ BarOct 19, 20251.0Terrible bank. Not open on Saturdays anymore. Can't access my online banking anymore. I've been locked out of my account for 2 weeks. I try to get my checking account balance by phone and it asks for my pin. I put that in and it says my account doesn't exist. It says try the last 4 of social.... same thing. I haven't been able to see my balance in 2 weeks. I have no idea what my balance is. If I get an overdraft charge I'm gonna raise hell!

She could’ve told me all of that the first time. They will no longer get my business and I will be moving my existing account with them. I’m going to United Community Bank.
