- CCceliAug 17, 20251.0On Friday August 8th I walked into the branch because I was looking for some hundred dollar bills and ATM didn’t have it. As per usual I expected to wait in line. While waiting I noticed how the teller (a nice adult lady) kept calling the “supervisor” she was very polite and loud enough to get Wanda’s attention. Wanda looked directly to her & saw she was calling her & decided to continue talking to her coworker. New clients walked in & Wanda went to help them before helping the teller line. I decided to get out of the line & went to her and politely said the teller has been calling for about 5 min to what she responded “I’m with a client.” I reinstated that she had been calling her & needed her assistance now. Wanda finally decided to go help her. As soon as Wanda gets to the teller line she tells the teller “you need to be louder or ring a bell or something” I ignored it the first time but she told the teller more than once the same thing IN FRONT OF CLIENTS. That is wrong. One, Wanda ignored the teller line completely multiple times & second she “coached” the teller in front of the client. Both are wrong. When I ask another banker for Wanda’s information I come to find out she is a supervisor. I have been with Wells Fargo since I was 18 & I have had a great experience. But this was not nice to see & I hope someone higher than Wanda Collins coaches her on how to treat employees/coworkers.
- NMN MSJul 24, 20251.02.7 as a rating??? I believe it. I was there today helping a client with a legal issue and the customer service bankers just walked past like they didn't see us. As if we were siting in the chairs waiting on a movie to start. When the woman finally addressed us, she was dismissive, rude, and condescending. Wells Fargo...seriously? You have to do better. My client was shocked at their behavior. They other reviews tell the real story though...whew! Glad I bank at OZK where the customer service is top notch!
