    Violet Terzian was the most rudest, childish, ignorant & unprofessional manager that I’ve ever seen. There’s going to be some DOL & EEO investigations if this unstable woman isn’t quickly trained. The other employees were very competent, friendly & professional! They deserve better! Meanwhile, good luck retaining both employees & customers. I’ve closed all of my accounts. Ughh

    Truist as a bank is thoroughly unhelpful. Multiple calls to customer service and an in person visit to the branch and no one was able to resolve my issue (an erroneous charge on Truist’s part).
