  By far the worst customer service a bank could offer whether that’s online or in person. The rep that opened my account back in August, she was great & the only person who wanted to help me out. With that being said, the blame lies within the branch manager. I have left continuous voicemails & have had many notes placed onto my account to be reached back out to but nobody has reached out to me regarding a 90 day suspension that was placed on my account for literally no reason at all. When I asked why it was placed, they said they had to check with the fraud department but it makes 0 sense to do so if I literally just opened the account a week beforehand.. This has been by far the worst bank imaginable & I will never do anything more with them other than treat it as tissue like they would like to be treated. I have also left more than review & still have yet to receive any type of assistance & I’ve even went into twitter to try that way too. Do yourself a favor & go to a different credit union please.

  By far the worse bank in Conyers ….. the customer service is awful they do not answer the phone and when they do they hang up. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and I’m currently still on hold. Do not open an account here bc you willl be disappointed.

  If I could give this bank 0 stars i would. July 23rd around 12:20pm i came to cash a $75 check. The older woman not sure of her ethnicity but she was older woman with glasses. Not the young nice lady that was helping others, not her so it’s only one other there and that’s who I’m talking about. She was very rude and lack urgency! Because i do not have an account with this bank but my customer do they have to call and verify that, they are the one who wrote the check for I’d assume fraud confirmation and identify confirmation. Thats never been a problem and it should be that way but when i call the customer on the phone, and the customer states for the bank to call them back to verify, she never did. She wasn’t saying a word behind the desk, she acknowledged me maybe one time and i was there for at least an hour! I asked her how long would it take to call back so my customer could verify (which she pulled over for 20 minutes waiting for bank to call ) she said it’ll be a few minutes. After 15 minutes she told me to step to the side of counter and gave me my belongings back. 30 minutes later she said they denied the check and that i should come back tomorrow. No explanation no nothing just come back tomorrow. Never in my life has this ever happened. Very unprofessional and almost seem a bit wrong to deny a person with no explanation. My customer said that has never happened before so I’d assume the bank teller wasn’t too fond of my ethnicity. She needs to be fired.

  I really wish I read these reviews before opening an account with them. This is the WORST bank ever. Please bank with any other credit union besides them. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. Their automated phone system is a joke and terrible. When you do finally get in contact with someone they keep transferring you send you back to an automated system that hangs up because it doesn’t recognize your “social”. Yikes. I should’ve just banked with another bank. I will be closing my account. Please save yourself a headache and deal with a bank who actually cares about your money. I really had high expectations for this bank. Such a disappointment! S/N - please read all of their reviews and save yourself! They don’t even care about marketing and maintaining good reviews to bring positive feedback and work on the negative feedback. Don’t trust a company that doesn’t invest in their marketing strategies!
