- JWJoshua WJul 27, 20241.0I’m leaving this review so that you see the kind of person you have representing your company, Edward Jones. My family and I were returning from a trip today and Tim was waiting BEHIND us in line for the shuttle bus at the airport. Once the bus arrived, he proceeded to push and bully his way through our family, maybe because he was afraid of having to wait on another bus. He blocked my 64 year old uncle from getting on with his wife, pushing me forward in the process. Unfortunately for Tim Baker, he was not wise enough to remove the Edward Jones tag with his name and phone number on it. I usually don’t get mad about stuff like this, considering most people are exhausted from the airport. However, the fact that he shoved me, while trying to separate my family, is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Edward Jones, I have been a proud member of you for some time now. However, when you have sick people like this pushing and bullying families around while carrying around your logo, it reflects badly upon you. I can’t imagine how he acts working at your company.
