- JTJessica TeterNov 17, 20251.0We were tossed to another agency with out our consent and were blind sided with excuses after being clients for many years. Ultimately, it doesn't matter the investments and relations you have built w/ this company, they will toss you out to accommodate their workload and what works best for them, not their clients and the client's investments. We felt confident during our time there, but we found out the hard way that we are irrelevant if we don't have something that benefits them. They rarely heard from us and we are easy clients, no troubles, so to be disregarded is quite offensive and incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional in our opinion. The admins, however, are wonderful.
