I have to use the big, national banks so I can deposit into corporate accounts. I came to this branch to add a signer to a business account. We sat in the empty lobby for a while because just two bankers seemed to be working. I could hear the lady that ended up serving us having what seemed like a personal conversation with another customer she knew. So after trying to add an additional signer so my our business' last officer could access the account, we get told all signers must be present. We were told differently when opening the account and that's never been a requirement at banks I have previously used. So I will be tossing this on top of Wells Fargo's already poor reputation for their national level shenanigans. Unfortunately I am stuck, but this seems like a great start to my banking relationship.
