- CBCatrena BarnesDec 11, 20241.0Day number 2, still no return call from the branch manager. I don’t normally do my business at this particular location. I need some basic information and was told by customer service to speak with the branch manager at the location of service and they should be able to assist. A simple call back would have been greatly appreciated. If they can’t assist they can simply call me back and say that. Courtesy goes a long way in lasting relationships.

She was very unreasonable and unresponsive to my concerns. I intend on pursuing my issues with this Branch Manager with the CFPB and the office of the Comproller of the Currency. I strongly recommend against using this particular Wells Fargo Bank Branch
