- TGTalisha GreenDec 6, 20251.0Today I went to deposit a check through the drive thru and the teller really rubbed me the wrong way by asking me what type of check is this,like it didn’t say it on the check!!! I asked what do you mean what type of check?? She responds with oh I’m just asking because of the amount, and it has been a lot of these checks not going through(lies) I said ma’am I have plenty of these checks that I cash look at my bank history! She then replies oh I see and then only gives me $400 and says you will get the rest of it Tuesday because we’re closed on Monday.(lies) What Holiday is on Monday December 8th?? None! They need to hire people that truly does their job and stop trying to profile people!!
- BRByron RuffinDec 4, 20201.0Milgen Road Branch I went in 2 hours before closing time to ask if I could open an additional account and I was told that I would have to reschedule at some other time. If I had the time I would have removed all of my money from Wells Fargo and went to a completely different bank. The staff was very laissez-faire and couldn't care less about what I was trying to do. I was advised that maybe I should try another branch. Smh. Don't waste your time with this Wells Fargo. Milgen Road Wells Fargo has always been the least helpful in Columbus.

Rude...I spoke with the manager she advised that I should keep a better track of my money and spending it.. I tried to explain to her that something wasn’t right about my acct She for one would over talk me to a point it was annoying I would advise no one to bank here !!
