- VAVerdeMontaña AzulRioApr 27, 20241.0Banker Brian doesn’t know policy and maybe his supervisor has intimidated him and made him afraid to be a competent and confident bank professional … scared to make a decision on his own, he broadcast my business across the lobby to ask his unprofessionally dressed boss while other customers may be present and she did not even look at the account. I have done business for 20 years or more with suntrust and truist and these people lack customer service. Brian is snobby and his boss needs to learn how to dress and behave like a professional banker. If Brian Was unsure of policy, he should have gone to her and asked her not asking my business loud over the lobby… This is not professional at all. Nor customer service oriented. The real professionals at another branch took care of it.. like usual unlike the incompetent behavior of the bank staff at this location. Maybe some Educational updates should be done about being professionals and customer service oriented, along with any policy that you aren’t familiar with.
