How is it we actually walk in, 7 people are working, but nobody can help us and there's no other customers in the entire place. And then somebody walks in after us and a different banker calls the person to help them? Not only that nobody even looked at us let alone showed any sort of kindness or happiness that we actually came inside to do some banking. This one experience makes me want to completely switch bank brands all together. My husband and I have three accounts between the two of us and we did not want to have an account where the service is this poor, specifically at this location, which is our local nearest location.
