If I could leave 0 stars I would. I deposited my payroll check using the mobile app, which listed standard availability for when my funds would be available. Immediately upon hitting deposit, I received a push notification as well as an email detailing a 9-11 day hold on ALL of my paycheck. I have called the customer service line twice, once on Saturday and again today, to try to have some funds released. I explained to 4 people between those 2 days that I need to be able to buy food and put gas in my car to get to and from work, etc. This isn't an issue of getting my bills paid - it's inconvenient, but I can pay them late. I can't wait 9-11 days for food and gas. All 4 people, two representatives and 2 supervisors, expressed "apologies for my inconvenience", regurgitated bank policies, and did absolutely nothing helpful. Apparently, there is no person within the entire corporation that can change or remove an administrative hold. Given that they are a national bank that deals with people's livelihoods, this is absolutely unacceptable.

I reported my debit card stolen. Asked to have it blocked and reissued. 8 Days later I called and they had no record that I had reported it stolen. Even though I had spent a half hour on the phone with them and gave them the numbers and reported it stolen. And waited a week and one day to see if it would come in the mail. I finally had to physically go to the branch. Meanwhile the debit card was not blocked and I'm very lucky that my paycheck didn't go away in that 8-day period

I felt clearly profiled at this branch — I was treated like I didn’t qualify for anything before they even ran my credit. My name was misspelled and instead of fixing it, the banker just left it misspelled nonchalantly. The whole vibe was cold and unwelcoming. As a young adult trying to build my finances, I expected more respect and professionalism. I’ve reported this because basic courtesy shouldn’t be optional.

The close my account. Bad bank to use for banking needs. I did nothing to deserve holding my money and not notifying me of any matter. I highly do not recommend using them as a bank
